Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff


● 1 lb. frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
● 1 16 oz. container fat free or reduced fat sour cream
● 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
● 1 envelope of onion soup mix

Directions:

Place frozen chicken breasts in crockpot. Mix together sour cream, soup & onion mix. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7 hours. Shred chicken before serving. Serve over egg noodles or brown rice.
