Here is my great tip for this week!

When I cut an onion or pepper I cut the entire thing and freeze the remaining portion if I don’t plan on using it the rest of the week. You always have some peppers and onions available!

The best way to freeze it after you cut up is tho spread the pieces on a baking pan and place in the freezer. Once it is frozen then move to a freezer bag and you have almost fresh onions and peppers at your disposal!
